What is a call?

A call is an interaction between your web visitor/user/customer with a SnapCall button located on your website/application. Call usage within your plan includes the following interactions: picked up calls; missed calls; dropped calls and call attempts.

What is the difference between digital calls and calls?

Digital calls are the ones picked up on digital platforms such as your Zendesk support dashboard or the SnapCall mobile application.
Regular calls are the ones picked up on your mobile phone, landline, pbx system, call center, etc.

How does the free trial works?

You have 30 days to use SnapCall without any commitment. Within this period you would be able to try all the features, receive calls and install SnapCall button on your website or mobile application. The free trial starts since you create your account and activate it. No credit card needed.

What happens after my trial period?

After the 30 day free trial you can choose any of the monthly or annual plans to keep using SnapCall.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time on monthly plans. If you choose to upgrade, you will pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill. You can change you plan when you want (except if you have a yearly plan, you have to wait the end of your commitment).
