What happens to my unused calls at the end of the period.

All unused calls for the period are automatically carried over to the next one. (Enterprise plan)

How does the free trial work?

You have 14 days to try SnapCall without any commitment, no credit card needed. Within this period, all the features of the SnapCall solution are enabled for you so you can make most of this trial.
The free trial starts as soon as you create a SnapCall account and verify your email address. If you need any help or have questions during the trial period, our team is here to assist you via support@snapcall.io.

What happens after my trial period?

If you want to continue using SnapCall after the free 14-day trial, you need to choose one of the monthly/annual plans and make a payment.

Can I change my plan later?

If you have subscribed to a monthly plan, you can change it at any time. Want to upgrade? You'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. Want to downgrade? You'll be credited on the next month's bill.
If you have subscribed to a yearly plan, you have to wait until the end of your current commitment to make changes.

Do you offer any discounts?

If you choose an annual subscription, a discount is automatically applied, compared to a monthly subscription.
