What is included in the Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan is a custom plan that offers all the features of the Pro plan, plus additional functionalities such as custom development and SSO. It is designed for large enterprises that require custom solutions and additional support.

Is there a minimum contract period for Lite and Pro plans?

There is no minimum contract period for the Lite or Pro plans. Users can choose to subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan, depending on their needs.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at your convenience, but we do not offer refunds for billing periods you have already paid.

What is the API Access plan?

The API Access plan is a pay-as-you-go plan that provides access to our API for photo and video capture, as well as audio and video calls. In addition, there is a monthly fee of $499 to access the API.

How does the photo capture feature work?

The photo capture feature allows you to capture photos using our API and make them instantly available on your servers or cloud storage. The cost for each photo captured is $0.02.

How does the video capture feature work?

The video capture feature allows you to record videos using our API and make them instantly available on your servers or cloud storage. You can set a capture time limit to prevent excessively long videos. The cost for each minute of captured video is $0.04.

What are the costs for audio and video calls?

For audio calls, the cost is $0.002 per minute of call, per user. For video calls, the cost is $0.004 per minute of call, per user. You can limit the number of minutes per call and the maximum number of users per call.

Can we use the API Access plan for our own applications?

Yes, you can use the API Access plan to integrate our features into your own applications.

Is there a minimum contract period for the API Access plan?

There is no minimum contract period for the API Access plan. You can use it as much or as little as you need, and you will only be charged for what you use. However, there is a monthly fee of $499 to access the API.
