SnapCall introduces SnapCall for Chrome
SnapCall today announced the launch of its extension for Google Chrome. Now enjoy the power of SnapCall directly on your browser.
PARIS, FRANCE — SnapCall today announced the upcoming release of its extension for the most widely used browser in the world: Google Chrome. SnapCall for Chrome makes it easy to create and schedule a call, on the fly. Thus, no need to have a CRM platform. Everything happens from the user's browser.
SnapCall for Chrome will be available later this month for all SnapCall subscribers worldwide and can be enjoyed on Windows, Mac, Linux and all operating systems on which Google Chrome is available.
"Making SnapCall available on the most widely used Internet browser in the world was an important step for us in our strategy to make SnapCall available on all devices," said Paul Cochois, SnapCall's Chief Product Officer. "Our customers ask us to be able to create or schedule a call quickly. They will now be able to do so directly on their browser."

SnapCall for Chrome includes:
Create or schedule call: Users can create or schedule a call directly from the extension. The call is added to the recent calls list.
Join or monitor teammate's calls: Users with the permissions can join a teammate's call. It is also possible to monitor a call (join without being seen or heard).
Listen recordings: All calls can be recorded for tracking.
Quick-view analytics: It is possible to follow all the calls created by the teammates. The more complete analytics board is available on the dashboard.
SnapCall for Chrome will launch for all SnapCall users with an account: from Free plan to Enterprise plan.
